Q:  What methods do you use to ship?

 A: At present, we are using UPS services. We eventually plan to also have USPS available.

Q: I do not see the product I am looking for. Can you get it?

A: If you do not find what you are looking for, please contact us and let us know what it is. We will do our best to track it down with our suppliers so that we can order it for you. 

Q: Why don't you take American Express?

A: American Express has continued to increase their rates. Rather than passing on the constant increases, we decided to use credit card companies willing to provide reasonable customer charges.
